    RSL Veterans Retirement Village Narrabeen

Situated at RSL Village at Narrabeen is a former 4 storey nursing home which has been transformed into 25 luxury self-care apartments. With the addition of generous balconies and new lifts, the oversize apartments all enjoy a northern aspect with extensive views to bushland and Narrabeen Lagoon beyond.

The project presented specific challenges in the recycling of an existing building, particularly with respect to fire ratings and the location adjoining bushland. Many apartments have through ventilation and all provide two large bedrooms as well as either a study or third bedroom. The penthouse apartment is on two levels with a double height void over the dining area and a private lift to the upper bedrooms.
