

Graduating from UNSW in 1978, Chris has worked both in Europe and with several Sydney-based practices, including three leading retirement living specialist firms. She has been involved in several RAIA committees and is a founding member of Constructive Women.
Chris’s expertise in SEPP(5)/(SL) has been used successfully in Land and Environment Court applications and as an expert witness. Chris particularly enjoys the challenge of strategic planning and adaptive re-use projects.


Royden graduated from Victoria University, Wellington. He came to Australia from New Zealand in 1980 and has worked for leading retirement living and resort architectural practices.
As well as extensive experience in seniors living design, Royden has expertise in computer systems, documentation and building procurement utilizing leading edge 3D modeling software. Royden also has a strong knowledge of contract administration and project management.
